Well secured package

Ordered goods are properly secured before shipping - we assure you that you'll receive all the ordered watches, alarm blocks or decorative boxes in a perfect state. Mineral glasses and delicate bracelets are always taken care of.

Altough we have no control over the parcel once we handle it over to the courier, damaging goods during transport is very unlikely.

However, If received product has been damaged on the way please contact us immediately - we will surely find a convenient way to compensate for the defect (e.x. exchange for a brand new product).
